We are a passionate mother-daughter team who discovered our love for event planning through a very special occasion: our granddaughter's/niece's first birthday. With great excitement, we rented a character to make the day magical. However, we were very disappointed with the quality and service we received. It was in that moment we realized there was a market need for high-quality mascot rental entertainment.
